Article 2 – Access to the Website

Article 7 – Protection of personal data

In the context of the operation of the Website, the Editor may need to collect personal data , for example via forms regarding contact, subscription to newsletters or registration for events. Data on the civil status, identity, identification and private lives of the people concerned are processed with a view to meeting the legitimate interests of the Editor with regard to promoting and communicating on the activities of the PAS and its subsidiaries, managing relations with their clients, and canvassing prospective new clients.

The processing manager is the PAS, which has its registered office in Strasbourg at 25 Rue de la Nuée Bleue, is represented by its Director General Mr Jean-Louis Jérôme, and has as its data protection officer Ms Manon Olszakowski. The data is intended to be used by the general management of the PAS, its department for the development and promotion of the port, its resources and organisation department, and such persons to whom data processing may be entrusted by these recipients.

The supply of this personal data is of a contractual nature and is necessary for the corresponding form to be taken into account and its purpose achieved (the sending of a message, subscription to a newsletter or registration for an event).

The supply of personal information regarding any person under 15 years of age via the forms for contact, subscription to newsletters or registration for events available on the Website is subject to the prior joint consent of the person concerned and the person(s) invested with parental authority over that person.

The data is not stored for any longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.

The persons concerned have the right to ask the processing manager for access to the personal data, its correction or deletion, and to limit processing, the right to oppose any processing, the right to the portability of the data, the right to submit a claim to a supervisory authority, the right to lay down guidelines for what is to happen to personal data after the person’s death, and, if appropriate, the right to withdraw consent at any time.
