The data is intended to be used by the general management of the PAS, its department for the development and promotion of the port, its resources and organisation department, and such persons to whom data processing may be entrusted by these recipients.

The supply of this personal data is of a contractual nature and is necessary for the corresponding form to be taken into account and its purpose achieved (the sending of a message, subscription to a newsletter or registration for an event).

The supply of personal information regarding any person under 15 years of age via the forms for contact, subscription to newsletters or registration for events available on the Website is subject to the prior joint consent of the person concerned and the person(s) invested with parental authority over that person.
