Rental opportunities at the PAS

The PAS allows you access to its supply of property in compliance with the applicable regulations (French General Code of Property of Public Entities, as amended by Ordinance No. 2017-562 of 19 April 2017).

1. Thus for the following goods concerned (land, premises, etc) – the list is updated each month – allowing economic activities to be carried out, the PAS applies a number of rules before allocating entitlement to occupy its property:

Applications should be sent, before the deadline indicated, to the Port Autonome de Strasbourg, Direction de la Valorisation du Domaine, 25 Rue de la Nuée Bleue, CS 80407, 67002 Strasbourg Cedex, by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt, together with full documentation regarding the application (company’s articles of association, registration document, description of the project, the investment and the activity, operating accounts, and any other document the applicant may consider relevant).

A selection procedure may be applied if there is more than one applicant; applicants will be informed of the selection criteria.

The PAS reserves the right to not allocate entitlement to occupy the specified part of its property, particularly if the application is incomplete.

2. For certain areas, there may be a call for projects; this would be announced specifically.

3. Persons concerned are also informed that the following property documents will be issued without prior publication for de jure or de facto reasons falling within the provisions of Articles L2122-1-1 and L2122-1-3 of the French General Code of Property of Public Entities (occupation of short duration, availability of other property, person entitled to occupy outbuildings, entitlement issued following an initial inconclusive selection procedure, entitlement issued because of the geographical, physical, technical or functional features of the plot, entitlement issued for overriding reasons of public authority or public security, etc).
